The cost associated with a project are very hard to determine without first sitting down with you, the client, and finding out a little about you, your business and exactly what you're looking for.
Our prices start at $600.00 for a full site (static content).
You provide the content, we design and create the site suitable for your business.
Associated Costs
While we charge for the design and site creation, there are additional costs associated with a web site.
These costs may include, but are not limited to:
Web Hosting Service
In order for you to have a site on the internet, you must first have space on a server connected to the internet. There are many Internet Service Providers (ISP's) who offer this service and a wide range of prices.
Simple web hosting including Domain Name (your own WWW address) can be had for about $10.00 - $15.00 per month.
If you need dial up access (to retrieve your e-mail or surf the web), this will run about $25.00 - $30.00 per month (including web hosting and your own WWW address).
Registering a Domain Name
To get your own WWW address, you must register a Domain Name (www.yourcompanyname.com). The cost for this service is $15.00 Canadian per year.
Search Engine Registration
Once your site is up and running, you'll want people to be able to find your site. This is accomplished by registering your site on the various search engines. Search Engines don't charge for registering sites with them. If you want, you can do this yourself and save the cost, or you can hire specialists to do this job for you. Prices for this service range from about $30.00 for 1 time registration on 20 Search Engines, up to hundreds of dollars for quarterly or monthly registration on 2000 or so Search Engines. We can help you determine what is best for you and where to find this type of service.
Other Fees
Other fees may be incurred such as costs associated with accepting on-line credit card payments, database integration, or other functionality on the site. Fees for these services are separate.
